Job Description
Supports operational delivery of IOM’s Helios+ integration project in Crete, serving beneficiaries of international and temporary protection. The post coordinates the assigned team and helpline, maintains project procedures and records, monitors budgets and resources, and prepares analytical and audit materials that sustain employability, language training, housing and social-inclusion support.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Oversee the assigned project team to coordinate and deliver assigned tasks
- Ensure accurate messaging to helpline beneficiaries and organise helpline team work
- Perform administrative tasks supporting timely and efficient project implementation
- Develop methods, tools, materials and SOPs for project administrative procedures
- Coordinate working documents and project deliverables with component coordinators
- Support senior management’s effective budget monitoring
- Prepare analysis and reports for efficient resource use and audit preparation
- Collect, verify, safeguard and update data, means of verification and project archives
Role Requirements
- High school degree or certificate with three years of relevant work experience, or university degree in listed related fields with at least one year of work experience
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Greek
- Valid residence and work permit for Greece
Desired Criteria
- Master’s degree in listed fields is an advantage
- Experience in a multicultural environment is preferred
- A valid driver’s licence with at least five years of driving experience is an advantage
