Job Description
Supports DESA's programme planning, monitoring and evaluation work by drafting senior-management materials, analysing evidence and following up oversight findings. The internship contributes to programme plans, reporting on inclusion priorities and evaluation products that inform departmental decision-making.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Draft and review DESA's proposed 2028 programme plan
- Prepare background papers, talking points, meeting summaries and presentations
- Consolidate reporting inputs on gender equality, disability inclusion and multilingualism
- Draft and review monitoring and evaluation reports
- Collect and analyse responses to evaluations and audits
- Follow up implementation of evaluation findings and recommendations
- Research sustainable development issues from diverse sources
Role Requirements
- Be enrolled in or have completed a graduate programme, or be in the final year of or have completed a bachelor's programme
- Study business administration, programme management, economics, political science, international relations, public administration, evaluation or a related field
- Computer literacy and knowledge of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams and MS Copilot
- Excellent English drafting and analytical skills
