Job Description
Supports field-based Education and Child Protection teams in Lebanon to sustain humanitarian and development programming for vulnerable children and families. The consultant will coordinate partners, manage programme data and reporting, conduct field follow-up, and help the Field Office maintain timely, quality delivery across emergency response and routine interventions.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Programme Officer in the Field Office
- Manage data-tracking, consolidation and reporting tools for programme delivery
- Document programme-delivery challenges and support to field partners
- Coordinate follow-up with partners and maintain information flow among field teams and coordination structures
- Conduct visits to community centres, public schools, MAKANI and DIRASA programmes
- Assist assessments, field activities, programme follow-up and monitoring
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, Public Administration, Social Sciences, International Development, or a related field
- At least 2 years of progressively responsible experience in programme support
- Fluency in Arabic and English with high written and spoken proficiency
Desired Criteria
- Experience working with government counterparts, NGOs and local authorities
- Experience supporting emergency response and recovery programmes
- French language proficiency
