Job Description
Provides technical, operational and administrative coordination for UNESCO Santiago and LLECE educational-assessment initiatives in Haiti. The consultant will help deliver the national learning assessment and Haiti’s ERCE 2030 participation, bringing institutions, partners and experts together across education systems while tracking work plans, risks, outputs and reporting.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Support UNESCO Santiago and LLECE to coordinate National Learning Assessment, ERCE 2030 and related regional initiatives
- Plan, monitor and deliver activities and outputs against the cooperation framework and LLECE guidelines
- Track work plans, milestones, timelines and deliverables, identify risks and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate technical, operational and administrative activity among UNESCO, the Ministry of Education, partners and stakeholders
- Coordinate procurement and contracting for implementing partners, consultants and service providers
- Prepare agendas, minutes, technical reports, progress updates, presentations and project documentation
- Organise workshops, meetings, missions and capacity-development activities
- Consolidate quality project reports and supporting documentation for internal and external reporting
Role Requirements
- Degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Education or a related field
- At least five years of relevant education-sector experience in Latin American and Caribbean countries
- Experience coordinating, implementing and monitoring projects with multiple stakeholders
- Previous experience as a Project Management Assistant, Project Coordinator or similar
- Excellent written and spoken command of French, Spanish and English
- Authorisation to work in Chile
Desired Criteria
- Advanced university degree in Social Sciences, Project Management, Public Policy, Education or a similar field
- Experience in large-scale assessments and educational studies
- Experience working in Haiti
- Experience working with UNESCO or the United Nations system
