Job Description

Coordinates UNICEF’s multi-country Airtel Africa partnership to connect schools and expand digital-learning access across West and Central Africa. The home-based consultant aligns regional and country-office work with Airtel teams, tracks implementation and KPIs, develops reporting, and coordinates digital connectivity and learning platforms across six partner countries.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day partnership activities across UNICEF regional and country offices and Airtel Africa teams
  • Track implementation across six partner countries against partnership goals and timelines
  • Facilitate joint work planning, co-creation workshops and technical meetings between UNICEF and Airtel Africa
  • Coordinate Giga and Learning Passport teams to align connectivity and digital-learning components
  • Maintain monthly KPI reporting and the Airtel dashboard
  • Consolidate progress reports and support KPI data collection, donor reporting, visibility events and communications products

Role Requirements

  • Master's degree in education, blended learning, pedagogy and instructional design, education technology, multimedia design, project management or technology
  • At least five years of relevant experience designing, managing, coordinating or technically advising digital-education activities in multi-country international-development contexts
  • Project-management capability for multi-country deliverables, timelines and review processes across stakeholders
  • Analytical, organisational and communication capability to synthesise complex technical and operational inputs into guidance, reports, briefs and presentations
