Job Description
Delivers participant-centred migrant training for resettlement and migration pathways, helping migrants build knowledge for integration and self-sufficiency in destination countries. The associate facilitates sessions, develops course materials, coordinates participant logistics and reporting, and protects the confidentiality and integrity of programme data while supporting staff development and safeguarding standards.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Facilitate migrant training sessions for destination countries and migration pathways
- Draft course plans and develop supporting training materials
- Schedule sessions, invite beneficiaries and maintain attendance records
- Prepare narrative and statistical training reports
- Maintain confidential programme records under data-protection rules
- Report safeguarding concerns and non-compliance with programme standards
Role Requirements
- University degree in teaching or related field with three years of experience, or high school diploma with five years
- Experience managing educational programmes and teaching in cross-cultural settings
- Proficiency in IOM-RMM proprietary tools and systems
