Training Facilitator – Nutrition

UNICEF Nepal seeks an individual national consultant to design and facilitate nutrition-focused social and behaviour change training. The consultant will develop a competency-based Master Training of Trainers package, lead national and provincial sessions, and strengthen practical capacity to analyse behavioural drivers, deliver participatory learning and institutionalize nutrition systems across federal, provincial and local levels.

• Design a competency-based social and behaviour change training package for nutrition
• Facilitate national Master Training of Trainers and provincial Training of Trainers events
• Strengthen participant skills in behavioural analysis, intervention design and participatory learning
• Support monitoring of behaviour-change outcomes and institutionalization of capacity-building systems

• Master’s degree in sociology, anthropology, rural development, communications, public health or another social science
• 10 years of experience designing and facilitating social and behaviour change capacity-building programmes
• Practical expertise in nutrition and social and behaviour change
• Excellent proficiency in Nepali and English
