Job Description
Supports the operationalisation of BERDP 2035 for the Bangsamoro Ministry of Basic, Higher and Technical Education. The national consultant updates the plan’s situational analysis, monitoring and evaluation and financial frameworks, establishes regional-to-division coordination arrangements, and provides policy, education-financing and analytical input for inclusive, culturally relevant, evidence-based basic education reform.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Support operationalisation of BERDP 2035
- Provide technical input on education policy, financing and monitoring
- Coordinate with education stakeholders and government partners
- Develop evidence-based analysis and recommendations for basic education
Role Requirements
- Master’s degree in education, education management, public policy, monitoring and evaluation or a related field
- More than ten years of experience in education, education financing, policy development and monitoring and evaluation
- English and Filipino are required
Desired Criteria
- Previous engagement with UN agencies, government agencies or the Department of Education
- Knowledge and experience of the BARMM context
