Job Description
Provides secretarial, administrative and coordination support to WHO's Ukraine Country Office as it sustains health services, emergency delivery and system recovery. The assignment manages correspondence and records, tracks follow-up actions, arranges procurement and travel documentation, maintains databases and helps colleagues apply office procedures so programme activities are organised, documented and delivered on time.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Draft and revise administrative correspondence, reports and documentation
- Record and process incoming correspondence and documents
- Track follow-up dates and remind responsible staff of deadlines and required actions
- Prepare commitment documents and administrative arrangements for country and inter-country activities
- Organise duty travel and prepare the related documentation
- Maintain filing systems and update technical and administrative databases
- Guide colleagues on office procedures and provide day-to-day team support
Role Requirements
- Education in business administration, management, tourism or a field related to the assignment
- Experience in secretarial or administrative work
- Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications and note-taking
- Experience operating computerised systems and databases
- English and Ukrainian proficiency
Desired Criteria
- Experience in an international institution, non-governmental organisation or the United Nations
- Training in Oracle-based or another enterprise resource-planning system

- National UN Volunteer assignment via UNV
- Assignment duration is 181 days with possible extension subject to funding, operational need and performance
- One-time USD 350 entry lump sum is provided
