Job Description
Supports ICRC protection programmes in Kyiv by managing prisoners-of-war correspondence and maintaining accurate, secure records. The role prepares official documents and reports, coordinates meetings and schedules, follows invoices and administrative actions, manages office supplies and petty cash, and applies information-security procedures so protection activities are documented, resourced and delivered efficiently.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Process prisoners-of-war correspondence and Geneva Conventions letters accurately and promptly
- Create and maintain organized paper and electronic protection records
- Draft and finalize correspondence, reports, meeting minutes and official documents
- Maintain planning tools, charts and schedules and follow up invoices
- Coordinate meetings, rooms, materials and conference-call facilities
- Manage office supplies, photocopying and secure document destruction
- Apply information-management and data-security procedures
- Manage petty cash and document expenditure under ICRC accounting procedures
Role Requirements
- Ukrainian citizenship or a permanent residence permit in Ukraine
- High school diploma or equivalent training
- At least two years of professional experience in a secretarial or administrative position
- Good written and spoken communication in Ukrainian and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Team Space and Outlook
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
