Job Description
Provides administrative, logistical and financial support to ICRC's communication, legal, weapon-contamination and armed-forces teams in Kyiv. The role coordinates events and travel, prepares correspondence and presentations, manages records, petty cash and expenditure tracking, supports procurement and publication workflows, and keeps enterprise planning and reporting information accurate and accessible.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Support administrative, logistics and procurement procedures across four technical teams
- Maintain monthly fund forecasts and follow up enterprise planning information
- Organize seminars, training sessions and workshops with travel and accommodation arrangements
- Prepare meeting rooms, materials and technical facilities for presentations and conference calls
- Draft correspondence, presentations, meeting minutes and monitoring documents
- Maintain records, contact lists, stationery stocks and information-management compliance
- Support production and distribution of publications and audiovisual products
- Manage petty cash and track budget expenditure under ICRC procedures
Role Requirements
- Ukrainian citizenship or a permanent residence permit in Ukraine
- High school diploma or equivalent education or training
- At least five years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role
- Professional written and spoken fluency in English and Ukrainian
- Proficiency in computer skills and relevant software applications
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to manage projects and staff
