Program Assistant – Grants Management and Implementing PartnersNew

IOM Cambodia is recruiting a Program Assistant to coordinate the operational, administrative and financial aspects of implementing partnerships. Under the Project Development and Reporting Officer, the role tracks workplans, budgets and deliverables; supports partner selection, due diligence and agreement management; maintains data and documentation; and coordinates capacity building, compliance and monitoring with partners and authorities.

• Monitor operational, administrative and financial aspects of implementing partnerships
• Track workplans, budgets, targets, indicators and deliverables
• Support partner selection, capacity and risk assessments
• Prepare and track implementing partner agreements and related actions
• Maintain partnership documentation for audits and monitoring missions
• Support capacity-building activities and field monitoring visits

• University degree in business administration, finance, accounting, management or a related field with three years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in administrative and management, project monitoring and administrative or financial oversight
• Fluency in English and Khmer, oral and written
