Job Description
IOM Cambodia is recruiting a Program Assistant to coordinate the operational, administrative and financial aspects of implementing partnerships. Under the Project Development and Reporting Officer, the role tracks workplans, budgets and deliverables; supports partner selection, due diligence and agreement management; maintains data and documentation; and coordinates capacity building, compliance and monitoring with partners and authorities.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Monitor operational, administrative and financial aspects of implementing partnerships
- Track workplans, budgets, targets, indicators and deliverables
- Support partner selection, capacity and risk assessments
- Prepare and track implementing partner agreements and related actions
- Maintain partnership documentation for audits and monitoring missions
- Support capacity-building activities and field monitoring visits
Role Requirements
- University degree in business administration, finance, accounting, management or a related field with three years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in administrative and management, project monitoring and administrative or financial oversight
- Fluency in English and Khmer, oral and written
