Job Description

Leads a project team delivering integration and independent-living support for people with international or temporary protection under Greece’s Helios+ programme. The role directs service quality, partner coordination, data and evidence collection, and reporting, while working with authorities, project components and donor-led committees to ensure timely, coherent delivery across the South Aegean.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Supervise direct reports and provide guidance to the project team
  • Develop methodologies, tools, materials and standard operating procedures for quality service delivery
  • Monitor project activities and implementing-partner services through verification, visits and evidence review
  • Coordinate with project components, IOM departments and relevant actors to align delivery
  • Liaise with the implementing partner on timely, quality services and logistical arrangements
  • Ensure timely collection of quality data, means of verification and management reports
  • Assess component needs and report accurate information for management decisions
  • Represent the project in donor, state, stakeholder and working-group meetings and contribute to donor reports

Role Requirements

  • High school diploma with at least four years of relevant experience, or a university degree in psychology, social work, law, sociology, social anthropology, management and business administration, public administration or a related field with at least two years of experience
  • At least two years of previous work experience
  • Fluency in English and Greek

Desired Criteria

  • Master’s degree in a listed relevant field
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment
  • Valid driver’s licence with at least five years of driving experience
