Job Description
Advise the UN Resident Coordinator Office in Rabat on strategic partnerships supporting Morocco's Sustainable Development Goals. The officer coordinates engagement with government, private sector and civil society, develops partnership and resource-mobilisation strategies, supports Cooperation Framework financing and pooled-fund management, and prepares analysis. The role strengthens donor relations, due diligence and UN decision-making.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor the UN Partnership Strategy
- Coordinate engagement with government, private sector and civil society
- Assess partnership risks and support due diligence
- Develop resource-mobilisation strategies and analyse funding streams
- Support pooled funds and Cooperation Framework financing
- Prepare partnership briefings, proposals and knowledge products
- Strengthen UN Country Team partnership and donor knowledge management
Role Requirements
- Advanced degree in business or public administration, sustainable development, social sciences, education or related field
- At least five years of strategic partnerships, programme management or resource-mobilisation experience
- Strategic partnership experience with government, private sector and civil society
- Experience navigating Morocco's institutional environment and development cooperation landscape
- Resource-mobilisation strategy experience
- Project or programme proposal preparation experience
- English and French at UN Level II in reading, writing, listening and speaking
- Open to nationals of Morocco only
