Summary of Responsibilities
- Support programme and operations teams to oversee project implementation
- Review and validate programme outputs and deliverables throughout implementation
- Coordinate information for programme and operations meetings with stakeholders and partners
- Maintain digital archives and update SharePoint with plans and reports
- Monitor milestones, indicators, work plans and deliverables to support implementation decisions
- Support documentation and follow-up for grant agreements, audits and internal-control processes
- Maintain databases and create dashboards, maps, infographics and other data-visualisation products
- Strengthen information-management capacity and coordination with the Venezuelan Red Cross
Role Requirements
- University degree or equivalent in social science or a related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience managing humanitarian, social or related programmes
- At least 3 years of data-visualisation experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English
Desired Criteria
- Experience developing budgets
- Experience with an international non-governmental organisation, government development agency or Red Cross organisation
- Event-management experience
