• Prepare a background paper on Morocco’s food-systems finance landscape
• Analyse financing mechanisms, governance arrangements and investment challenges
• Consult the Ministry to identify capacity-building needs
• Design workshop methodology and materials for a practical session
• Deliver the practical session during the national workshop
• Prepare a workshop outcome document with conclusions and recommendations

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Security, Food Systems, Economics, Finance, Public Policy, Agriculture, Climate Change, Sustainable Development or a related field
• At least five years of research and analysis experience related to food systems or climate-change financing
• Fluency in French, English and Arabic

• Experience in food-systems or climate-change policymaking in Morocco
