Job Description
Conducts a remote ESCWA consultancy that produces an analytical paper on energy systems in the Arab region. The consultant will agree the paper’s structure and scope, prepare an annotated outline and draft, analyse energy vulnerability and regional policy issues, incorporate feedback and references, and submit a final research paper supported by quantitative analysis and interpretation.
