Summary of Responsibilities

  • Draft complaint-receiving, channeling and referral procedures
  • Develop SEAH and Code of Conduct training packages
  • Develop training monitoring and reporting templates
  • Conduct general SEAH awareness training
  • Conduct training-of-trainers sessions
  • Work with government and Civil Service Commission counterparts

Role Requirements

  • Master’s degree in law, social science, public policy or related field
  • At least eight years of safeguarding or PSEAH policy implementation experience
  • Fluency in Amharic and English

Desired Criteria

  • Government-entity experience
  • Understanding of disciplinary processes and tribunals
  • Experience in development, fragile or humanitarian settings
