Summary of Responsibilities
- Draft complaint-receiving, channeling and referral procedures
- Develop SEAH and Code of Conduct training packages
- Develop training monitoring and reporting templates
- Conduct general SEAH awareness training
- Conduct training-of-trainers sessions
- Work with government and Civil Service Commission counterparts
Role Requirements
- Master’s degree in law, social science, public policy or related field
- At least eight years of safeguarding or PSEAH policy implementation experience
- Fluency in Amharic and English
Desired Criteria
- Government-entity experience
- Understanding of disciplinary processes and tribunals
- Experience in development, fragile or humanitarian settings
