Summary of Responsibilities
- Review legislation, policies, procedures, tools, service information and referral pathways
- Identify gaps between policy and protection practice for vulnerable migrants
- Conduct interviews and consultations with government, civil society and service providers
- Map service coverage and institutional coordination arrangements
- Develop evidence-based recommendations and standard operating procedures
- Facilitate validation workshops and prepare the final analytical report
Role Requirements
- Advanced degree in law, social sciences, international relations, migration studies, human rights or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in migration, trafficking in persons, protection systems or vulnerable-migrant assistance
- Proven qualitative research and assessment experience including interviews, focus groups and analytical reports
- In-depth understanding of Tajikistan and Central Asia
- Fluency in Tajik or Russian
