Job Description
Lead a five-month Central Asia consultancy strengthening safe-migration hotline services. Assess practices, develop gender-responsive scripts, referral protocols and decision tools; deliver PSEA and GBV refresher training; establish quality assurance; and provide training packages, findings and a final report that improve consistent, survivor-centred information and referrals for labour migrants.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Review hotline practices and identify service gaps
- Develop gender-responsive scripts and communication tools
- Create guidance for vulnerable callers and referrals
- Map referral pathways to government agencies and NGOs
- Develop practical decision trees for hotline operators
- Adapt and deliver PSEA and GBV refresher training
- Develop quality-assurance recommendations and response indicators
- Prepare analytical and final consultancy reports
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in a listed social science, migration, gender or economics field
- At least five years of professional experience in migration management, victim assistance or related areas
- Fluency in Russian and English, spoken and written
Desired Criteria
- Knowledge of UK Seasonal Worker Scheme migration issues
- Previous Central Asia work experience
- Knowledge of Central Asian languages
- Experience handling difficult clients

Additional Information
- Travel across Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan is expected
