Job Description
Design and deliver a consultancy training programme for Kyrgyzstan hotline operators supporting safe migration. Review consultation protocols, develop training modules, scripts and exercises; test updated tools; deliver two trainings in Bishkek and Osh; assess learning through pre- and post-tests; and provide recommendations and a final report to strengthen protection-sensitive migrant advice.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Review consultation protocols and relevant guidance
- Develop a tailored hotline-operator training module
- Test updated hotline scripts and collect operator feedback
- Prepare training agendas and learning objectives
- Develop pre- and post-training assessments
- Deliver trainings in Kyrgyz or Russian
- Recommend improvements to hotline capacity and scripts
- Produce a final report with feedback and recommendations
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in sociology, development studies, migration studies, economics or a related field
- Experience training customer-service, hotline or migrant-service staff
- Fluency in Kyrgyz and Russian, spoken and written
Desired Criteria
- Knowledge of UK Seasonal Worker Scheme migration issues
- Experience handling difficult clients
