Job Description
IOM seeks a local consultant in North Macedonia to prepare and deliver a national capacity-building workshop on migration management and preventing labour exploitation. The consultant will coordinate stakeholders, design agendas and materials, moderate discussions, manage event delivery, and produce recommendations that support ethical labour practices and cooperation among social partners.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the national capacity-building activity
- Prepare and update participant lists, agendas and workshop materials
- Coordinate employers, workers' organisations, chambers of commerce and other stakeholders
- Provide on-site coordination and moderation during the workshop
- Guide discussion, speakers, interactive sessions and questions and answers
- Prepare a report with discussions, conclusions and recommendations
Role Requirements
- University degree in political science, public administration, law, European studies, social sciences or a relevant discipline
- At least seven years of experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, workshops or institutional cooperation
- Experience facilitating multi-stakeholder workshops or consultations
- Excellent command of English and Macedonian
- Valid residence or work permit for North Macedonia
