Job Description
Provides conference and procedural support to the Security Council Subsidiary Organs Branch and its sanctions-related bodies. The role organises meetings, documents and agendas; maintains reference systems; prepares procedural notes and official correspondence; and liaises with delegations and Secretariat offices. It helps ensure that subsidiary-body meetings and documentation are accurate, properly serviced and delivered on schedule.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Coordinate preparatory arrangements for meetings of Security Council subsidiary bodies
- Draft procedural notes and prepare agenda materials and UN Journal announcements
- Ensure documents and personnel are available for scheduled meetings
- Track and upload or download documents using relevant Secretariat systems
- Maintain resolutions, decisions and reference materials for subsidiary bodies
- Prepare correspondence, travel documents and administrative requests
Role Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least five years of conference support or related experience, reduced to three years with a first-level university degree
- English proficiency
Desired Criteria
- General office support experience is desirable
- Experience arranging travel for officials is desirable
- Database and document-management experience is desirable
