Summary of Responsibilities

  • Coordinate administrative and technical support within the Management Services portfolio
  • Monitor resource needs and identify requirements for efficient services
  • Collate and analyse data and prepare reports for resource decisions
  • Process procurement, finance and HR actions accurately in corporate systems
  • Review procedures and recommend service improvements
  • Resolve complex client queries and support junior staff
  • Train personnel on regulations, policies, procedures and systems
  • Support emergency preparedness and inter-agency service initiatives

Role Requirements

  • Completion of secondary school education
  • Six or more years of progressively responsible general management services experience
  • Fluency in the UN language in use at the duty station and duty-station language

Desired Criteria

  • Management of assets, facilities, fleet or travel experience
  • Experience coordinating work across functional areas
