Summary of Responsibilities
- Co-lead origination, structuring, execution and monitoring of assigned investment projects
- Lead due diligence and approval work across economic, financial, technical and legal issues
- Structure financing with appropriate risk allocation, mitigation and market returns
- Build relationships with international, regional and local financial counterparties
- Develop investor, lender and insurance-provider relationships for capital mobilisation
- Prepare strategies and pipelines for new investment business
- Represent the department in meetings and coordinate internal and external reporting
Role Requirements
- At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in a multilateral development bank or top-tier global financial institution
- Knowledge of international project finance or corporate finance
- Established relationships with infrastructure-finance teams at relevant financial institutions
- Regional experience within AIIB's global coverage or relationships with potential cofinancing partners
- Credit-analysis and transaction-process management skills
- Spoken and written English proficiency
Desired Criteria
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field
- Knowledge and experience of products used in multilateral development bank syndication
