Responsibilities

  • Lead business development and identify priority companies for IFC investment
  • Build networks with companies, financial institutions, advisers and credit agencies
  • Evaluate, structure, negotiate and close investments and portfolio transactions
  • Develop innovative financial structures for complex transactions
  • Build a pipeline of high-quality investment opportunities
  • Manage client and partner relationships across the investment lifecycle
  • Mentor junior investment staff and coordinate multidisciplinary client solutions

  • Demonstrated track record leading complex investment transactions from origination through commitment and portfolio supervision
  • Ability to structure, negotiate and close investments and restructurings across manufacturing, agribusiness and services
