Investment Specialist

ADB seeks an Investment Specialist at its Manila headquarters to provide analysis and coordination for its high-level private-sector advisory work, prepare management briefings, assess capital mobilisation and regional investment issues, and track actions across institutional and partner workstreams.

Department: Office of the Director General, Private Sector Operations Department

• Analyse private-sector advisory themes and regional initiatives
• Prepare technical briefings, issue papers and meeting materials
• Assess capital mobilisation, blended-finance and market developments
• Synthesize departmental inputs into coherent management products
• Coordinate substantive meeting preparation and follow-up
• Track action items and produce discussion summaries and matrices

• University degree in economics, finance, business administration, international development, public policy or a related field
• At least six years of relevant professional experience
• Understanding of private-sector development, investment operations and private capital mobilisation
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Nationality of an ADB member

• Fixed-term appointment may be renewed and requires relocation to Manila
