Responsibilities
- Identify, design, process and administer financial-sector loans, grants and technical assistance
- Monitor financial-sector developments and structure country and subregional investments
- Lead policy dialogue with governments, regulators and development partners
- Integrate climate impacts, procurement requirements and international good practice into operations
- Coordinate regional, safeguards, climate and private-sector teams on project delivery
- Develop partnerships and disseminate operational knowledge and policy research
- Guide junior staff and lead studies, seminars, reports and policy briefs
Requirements
- University degree in finance, economics, business administration or a relevant field
- At least six years of finance-sector experience covering banking, capital markets or MSME access to finance
- International experience leading projects or serving as a project economist across countries or development agencies
- Strong policy-dialogue experience with governments and financial regulators
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Nationality of an ADB member
