Job Description
Contribute to the WHO Global Tobacco Epidemic Report by proofreading drafts, validating analyses, conducting web research and data collection, and organizing data and documents. The intern supports the report launch and departmental projects while developing experience in global tobacco-control monitoring, health-information analysis, stakeholder communication and high-quality report production.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Proofread and cross-check drafts and revisions
- Conduct independent data validation of reported analyses
- Undertake web research and data collection
- Organize and validate data and documents
- Assist with organizing the report launch
Role Requirements
- Completed equivalent of three years of full-time university studies in a health or data-science related subject
- Enrolled in a formal university course, or apply within eighteen months of graduation
- Expert knowledge of English
- Familiarity with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Desired Criteria
- Statistical software knowledge may be an advantage
- Knowledge of another UN language is desirable
