ICT/Training OfficerNew

Builds mission-wide ICT capability for MONUSCO through skills assessment, learning design, training delivery and digital-platform support. The volunteer develops practical curricula, coaching and e-learning that improve personnel performance, secure information management and adoption of mission technologies, while monitoring outcomes and maintaining training records for mission leadership.

• Conduct ICT training-needs assessments and plan learning pathways
• Develop ICT curricula, manuals, presentations and e-learning content
• Deliver computer and ICT training, coaching and virtual learning
• Evaluate learning outcomes and maintain training records
• Administer mission website content and access rights
• Support testing of new digital learning tools and platforms

• Degree in information technology, computer science, education, training or related field
• At least three years of ICT training, portal management or multimedia-learning experience
• English and French

• UN field-mission training-event experience is desirable
