Job Description
Supports UNICEF country offices to conceptualize, launch, scale and adapt Green Rising offerings focused on climate action, sustainable livelihoods, green skills, green entrepreneurship and green jobs. The consultant facilitates strategy workshops, provides technical support and staff capacity building, prepares fundraising proposals and donor reports, drafts communications and event.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Support country offices to conceptualize launch scale and adapt Green Rising offerings
- Facilitate strategy workshops and provide regular technical support
- Onboard and build capacity of Green Rising staff
- Prepare fundraising proposals and donor reports
- Draft external communications and event proposals
- Advise on and draft global Green Rising strategy
Role Requirements
- Master degree in public policy social sciences or relevant field
- At least ten years of volunteer and public-engagement experience
- Experience developing delivering and optimizing volunteer initiatives
- Multi-stakeholder strategy and tactic development experience
- Experience facilitating human-centred-design workshops and building capacity
- Fundraising-proposal writing experience
- Fluency in English
Desired Criteria
- Working knowledge of another UN language
- Developing-country or emergency familiarity
- UNICEF context experience
