Job Description
UNFPA seeks an Executive Secretary in Malabo to provide confidential executive, administrative and secretarial support to the Representative's Office. The G-5 role manages correspondence, schedules and protocol; coordinates meetings, records and travel; and supports annual work planning, office administration and communication with internal and external counterparts.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Manage communication flow between the Representative's Office, country office, headquarters and external counterparts
- Register incoming documents and ensure outgoing correspondence complies with UNFPA procedures
- Draft correspondence, letters and memoranda and quality-control outgoing documents
- Manage the Representative's schedule, meetings and follow-up actions
- Prepare briefing materials and logistical arrangements for meetings and missions
- Maintain filing, tracking, attendance and leave-record systems
Role Requirements
- Completion of secondary education
- At least 5 years of specialised administrative support experience for a senior executive
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Desired Criteria
- First-level university degree
- Experience in research support and data management
- Previous United Nations experience and knowledge of diplomatic protocols
- Knowledge of French
