Summary of Responsibilities
- Track humanitarian programme milestones, deliverables and timelines with programme and operations teams
- Monitor dignity-kit and reproductive-health supply distribution and compile situation-report inputs
- Organise field monitoring visits and verify programme data and reporting quality
- Prepare procurement and travel plans, terms of reference, payments and project correspondence
- Track project budgets, expenditures and operational bottlenecks
- Process partner disbursements, requisitions and HACT assurance activities in compliance with UNFPA procedures
- Prepare coordination materials, concept notes, talking points and reports for partners and donors
- Maintain programme records, partner documentation, contact lists and knowledge products
Role Requirements
- Relevant academic background in social sciences, gender studies, health or a related field
- At least five years of relevant experience in administration, finance and project management
- Experience working with government implementing partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and relevant computer applications
- Strong writing, communication and work-planning skills
- Excellent English and Filipino
Desired Criteria
- Experience in financial monitoring
- Familiarity with UN policies and principles
- Knowledge of local Philippine dialects
