Summary of Responsibilities
- Support the Representative's personal assistant with confidential office and secretarial work
- Organise and maintain physical and electronic filing systems
- Support management of the Representative's agenda, appointments, meetings and meeting records
- Help plan travel and prepare materials for appointments, meetings and missions
- Prepare correspondence, directives and comments for the Resident Representative's signature and follow-up
- Support mission arrangements including flight and hotel reservations
- Receive, classify and archive documents and support internal and external communications
- Contribute to notes, reports and meeting minutes
Role Requirements
- Master's or bachelor's degree in administration, human resources or a related field
- Fluent written and spoken French, English and Kirundi
- Basic knowledge of administration and project management
- Computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and social media
