Job Description
Mentor UNFPA Burundi interns in reproductive-health commodity security through quantification, procurement, distribution follow-up, cold-chain compliance, inventory and programme documentation. The online volunteer supports workshops and technical documents, shares good practices, and helps interns develop skills in reproductive-health supply management, innovation and programme administration.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Participate in quantifying reproductive-health commodities
- Support procurement of reproductive-health commodities
- Follow receipt and distribution of reproductive-health commodities
- Ensure cold-chain compliance for products that require it
- Participate in physical inventories at central and peripheral levels
- Document reproductive-health programme activities and share best practices
- Propose innovations for reproductive-health activities
- Support workshops, seminars, conferences and meetings for programme implementation
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s level education in Health Sciences, Pharmacy or a related field
- Fluency in French, English and Kirundi
- Basic knowledge of administration and project management
