Job Description
Mentor UNFPA Burundi interns in partnerships and resource mobilisation through strategic donor research, proposal and concept-note drafting, donor-database and funding-cycle follow-up, and partner engagement. The online volunteer helps interns prepare marketing materials, support advocacy events, report to donors, and communicate the impact and visibility of funded reproductive-health programmes.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic monitoring of calls for proposals and donor priorities
- Contribute to drafting concept notes and project proposals
- Prepare social-marketing materials including project sheets and pitch decks for partners
- Update the donor database and follow funding cycles
- Support advocacy events and meetings with development partners
- Draft progress reports for donors
- Work with the communications team to highlight the impact and visibility of received funding
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s level education in Partnerships, Resource Mobilisation or a related field
- Fluency in French, English and Kirundi
- Basic knowledge of administration and project management
