Job Description
Provides trusted executive support at the centre of UNOPS Ukraine and Eastern Europe multi-country-office leadership in Kyiv. The associate connects the director with personnel, UN counterparts, government institutions and external partners, coordinates office workflows, supports communication and representation, and helps the office respond to humanitarian recovery and development priorities.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Support the multi-country-office director and executive workflows
- Coordinate communication with personnel, UN counterparts, government institutions and partners
- Manage office administration and scheduling
- Prepare executive correspondence and briefing materials
- Support senior-level representation and coordination
Role Requirements
- Secondary school with six years of relevant experience or a bachelor's degree in business or public administration
- Experience in executive support, office administration or coordination
- Fluent English and Ukrainian
Desired Criteria
- Public-relations and communication experience with senior officials and diplomatic representatives
- Knowledge of UN rules and regulations
- Familiarity with government institutions, NGOs, UN agencies and embassies
