Job Description
Provides basic logistics and transport support to the UNOPS operational unit in Brasília, helping maintain timely, client-focused services. The trainee assists with office assets, inventory, equipment movements, supply orders, customs clearance, goods receipt, vehicle maintenance and transport records, while supporting facility maintenance, energy management and contracted services.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Maintain safe handling, storage and maintenance of office equipment and assets
- Prepare inventory lists and complete asset records for office and project needs
- Monitor equipment movements and support asset-management controls
- Process office supply requests and customs-clearance procedures
- Support receipt, inspection and reporting for office goods and equipment
- Support maintenance, inspection and repair of office vehicles
- Maintain daily vehicle fuel-consumption and mileage records
- Support facilities maintenance, energy management and contracted-service reviews
Role Requirements
- Currently enrolled in, or graduated within the past three years from, a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, International Relations or related field
- Position is exclusively for persons with disabilities
- Native Portuguese and basic Spanish
Desired Criteria
- Enrollment from the eighth semester in an eligible degree
- Experience in administration, logistics or operations
- Experience in humanitarian or development contexts
- Basic English
