Provide employability support to beneficiaries of IOM's Helios+ integration project in Central Greece through individual and group career counselling, employer outreach and job matching. The role connects beneficiaries with labour-market opportunities, helps organize employability events, advises on supporting documentation, and maintains accurate evidence and data records for programme delivery.

• Deliver individual and group career counselling to support labour-market integration
• Map potential employers and identify vacancies and employment opportunities
• Connect beneficiaries with suitable job opportunities and private-sector partners
• Organize employability workshops, seminars and labour-market events
• Advise beneficiaries on supporting documentation and maintain accurate programme evidence and archives

• University degree or higher in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Law, Education and Lifelong Education, Economics or a related field with at least three years of relevant experience
• Fluency in English and Greek, oral and written

• Postgraduate degree or relevant career-counselling training is an advantage
• Experience in a multicultural environment is preferred
• A valid driver's licence with at least five years of driving experience is an advantage
