Supports UNITAR’s social-development training and master’s programmes through needs assessment, curriculum development, evaluation and donor reporting. The officer researches emerging issues, manages partnerships, develops project concepts, oversees quality and monitoring standards and supports programme budgets.

Responsibilities
- Conduct training-needs assessments and incorporate findings into programme design
- Develop, implement and evaluate training materials for master’s programmes
- Report to donors and partners on programme implementation
- Research social-development and international-affairs trends and analyse programme data
- Organise workshops, seminars and outreach presentations
- Maintain donor and partner relationships and identify prospective collaborators
- Prepare project papers, concept notes, budgets and expenditure reports
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in international affairs, international relations, diplomacy, business or a related field, or a first-level degree with two additional years of relevant experience
- At least two years of progressively responsible experience in international affairs and project management within an international organisation with an advanced degree, or four years with a first-level degree
- Fluency in English
