Job Description
Builds a rapid-deployment pool of water and sanitation logisticians, nursing and midwifery activity managers, mental-health managers, HR and finance managers and pharmacists for Ebola and viral haemorrhagic fever responses. Members deploy to the DRC or other affected settings, work in high-pressure field conditions, complete outbreak preparation and support safe, adaptable emergency operations.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Deploy rapidly to Ebola and viral haemorrhagic fever responses
- Perform the technical or operational functions of the selected pool profile
- Work safely in remote and resource-limited humanitarian settings
- Complete Ebola training and contextual briefings before deployment
- Complete mandatory post-deployment health monitoring
Role Requirements
- French proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Availability within the next three months for a first rotation of six to eight weeks
- Willingness to deploy to the DRC
- Readiness for remote and resource-limited field settings
- Completion of a mandatory 21-day post-deployment monitoring period
