- Synthesize operational data and context into strategic recommendations
- Coordinate regional priorities across functions and country offices
- Backstop emergency preparedness and response issues
- Track risks, decisions, actions and follow-up requirements
- Maintain information flow between field and headquarters teams
- Prepare briefing notes, talking points and analytical products
Requirements
- Relevant advanced university degree
- Six years of relevant progressive experience
- Two years of emergency field experience
- Humanitarian coordination and UN-system knowledge
- Strategy, policy and programme-management experience
- English at level C
