Overview

Responsibilities
- Guide programme design, planning, implementation, workplans and budgets in line with WFP priorities
- Oversee delivery, field-office coordination, performance, risks and compliance with donor and WFP requirements
- Define transition pathways that institutionalize programme capacities in government-owned systems
- Strengthen analysis, reporting, accountability and evidence-based programme decisions
- Build government, UN, donor and NGO partnerships and contribute to resource mobilization
- Mentor programme staff, review outputs and promote cross-team learning and innovation
Requirements
- An advanced university degree in economics, social sciences, disaster-risk management, public policy or a related field
- At least seven years of postgraduate experience designing, implementing and coordinating programmes focused on government capacity, institutional development and systems reform
- Experience leading programme implementation and building partnerships
- Fluent English and Armenian
