Consultant

Develops migration, immigration and border-management training materials and capacity-building support for institutional and government counterparts in Cambodia. The consultancy combines curriculum design, delivery and evaluation with rights-based written outputs, working with government agencies, UN partners, INGOs and civil-society organisations to strengthen practical institutional training packages.

• Develop standardised training curricula and materials for migration and border-management work
• Design, deliver and evaluate capacity-building packages for institutional and government settings
• Collaborate with UN agencies, INGOs, civil society and government institutions
• Produce clear, rights-based training and written outputs
• Apply professional ethics and client-oriented approaches in Cambodia’s migration context

• University degree in Social Sciences, Law, Human Rights, Public Policy or a related field
• At least five years of professional experience in migration, immigration or border management
• Fluency in English

• Postgraduate degree in a relevant field
• Experience with IOM or another UN agency
