Summary of Responsibilities
- Refine the context-tailored CRIA model and guidance package
- Design CRIA awareness and capacity-building activities for municipal authorities
- Guide piloting of CRIA and recommendations for full-scale implementation
- Develop child-rights training resources for educators
- Design and deliver the introductory Training of Trainers component
- Provide technical guidance with UNICEF Child Protection and Social Policy teams
Role Requirements
- Master’s or PhD in law, international law, social science or a related field
- At least ten years of experience in child rights, policy and legislative development
- Excellent English communication, negotiation and writing skills
Desired Criteria
- Experience developing Child Rights Impact Assessment tools and methodologies
- Previous collaboration with UN or UNICEF
