Job Description
The Child Protection Officer strengthens child protection case-management systems by integrating and implementing CPIMS+, improving ethical data management and building partner capacity. Working with coordination bodies, technical groups and service providers, the role turns case-management data into timely child-centred services, practical analysis and insights that inform programme and policy decisions.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Integrate and implement CPIMS+
- Manage and analyse child protection data and produce visualisations
- Strengthen child protection case-management systems
- Monitor implementation, reporting and problem solving
- Coordinate with partners and technical working groups
- Build capacity and provide technical support to frontline workers
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a listed related field
- At least one year of relevant experience in child protection, social work or humanitarian programme management
- Proficiency in CPIMS+, database management and data-visualisation tools
- Strong knowledge of child protection principles, case-management standards and inter-agency coordination frameworks
- Fluency in English
Desired Criteria
- Strong analytical skills across multiple information sets
- Familiarity with digital solutions for case management and data protection principles
- Experience with the UN, NGOs or relevant protection sectors
- Country-level experience in development, fragile settings or humanitarian contexts
