Job Description
Provides technical support to UNICEF India's access-to-justice, disability inclusion and ending-violence-against-children portfolios. The consultant will conduct research, coordinate stakeholders and develop evidence, policy and knowledge products that strengthen child protection and justice systems, including inclusive approaches and responses to emerging digital risks.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Review implementation of juvenile justice legislation and identify policy gaps
- Develop evidence papers and recommendations on child online protection
- Document consultations and monitoring findings for child protection and justice systems
- Develop disability-inclusive child protection and justice knowledge products
- Prepare donor reports, progress updates and programme monitoring products
Role Requirements
- Master’s degree in social sciences or a relevant field
- At least eight years of child protection experience including justice, ending violence against children and disability inclusion
- Knowledge of juvenile justice and child protection legislation
- English and Hindi are required

- Research and monitoring experience
- Participatory learning methodologies
- Experience preparing evidence-based donor documentation
- Experience working with government or UN agencies
