Summary of Responsibilities
- Support planning, coordination and documentation of cascade training activities
- Develop, review and format curricula, facilitator guides and presentations
- Coordinate training delivery with government, partners, consultants and facilitators
- Prepare meeting minutes, briefing notes, reports and programme records
- Monitor training implementation and maintain participant tracking records
- Organise knowledge-management materials for the Child Protection programme
- Create success stories, photographs and social-media content
- Coordinate visibility products with the communications team under UNICEF branding
Role Requirements
- At least 18 years old and enrolled in a recognised higher-education programme, graduated within the past two years, or holding a university degree
- Academic background in social sciences, social work, psychology, law, international relations, public policy, education or another relevant field
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Desired Criteria
- Interest in child protection, child rights, social services or humanitarian and development work
- Academic, volunteer or extracurricular experience in child protection, research, training or community engagement
- Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience creating communications or social-media content
