Job Description
Supports WFP Sri Lanka’s community feedback mechanism and gender and protection work, ensuring complaints are logged, translated, assigned and followed up safely. The post improves SOPs, information products and field reporting, supports programme monitoring and inclusion activities, and helps teams deliver trainings, events, local-language engagement and accurate administrative coordination.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Log and manage complaints and feedback under data-protection protocols
- Translate cases and review follow-up actions
- Edit community feedback mechanism SOPs
- Develop sensitization documents and programme translations
- Support field interviews, qualitative-data analysis and reports
- Coordinate gender, protection and disability-inclusion activities
- Facilitate local-language training and event coordination
Role Requirements
- Completed secondary education
- Three years of related experience in community feedback, accountability, gender, disability or protection
- Fluent English and Tamil and/or Sinhala
- Sri Lankan nationality
