Job Description
Provides tasker tracking, correspondence, records and administrative support for NATO Joint Force Command Naples' Staff and Workflow Management Section. The assistant produces tracking products, processes packages and routine correspondence, maintains documentation and information systems, and supports the headquarters' efficient transmission of decisions, actions and requirements across staff, affiliated commands and higher headquarters.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Process tasker-tracker queries, actions and final package processing
- Produce tracking and staffwork analysis products from available databases
- Provide administrative support to the section
- Maintain correspondence and message files under applicable regulations
- Compose routine correspondence with minimal instruction
- Answer telephones, resolve routine queries and record messages
- Reproduce printed materials using office-copying equipment
- Support project teams and working groups as assigned
Role Requirements
- Higher secondary education and intermediate vocational training with 2 years of relevant experience, or secondary education and advanced vocational training with 4 years of relevant experience
- At least 3 years of administrative or clerical experience in an international or public environment
- At least 3 years of documentation and information-systems experience
- Advanced user experience of Word, Outlook or email client, Excel, SharePoint and web applications
- English at SLP 3322
- Nationality of a NATO member country
Desired Criteria
- Experience in an organisation with military and civilian personnel
- Experience with NATO Tasker Tracker
- Experience handling NATO documentation and information-management systems
- Knowledge of NATO headquarters structure and administrative procedures
